- 🍝 Homemade fresh pasta (flour 00, eggs) – delicate and perfectly rolled.
- 🌿 Spinach – fresh and full of nutrients.
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced.
- 🍋 Lemon zest – a hint of freshness.
- 🧀 Grana Padano cheese – because everything tastes better with more cheese.
- 🥛 Full-fat milk & 🧈 butter – for a velvety béchamel sauce.
- 🧂 Salt, black pepper & nutmeg – adding depth and warmth.

🍽️ Packaging: Your cannelloni come in a paper container. Before baking, transfer them into an oven-safe tray.
Instructions – How to Get That Perfectly Baked Cannelloni
- Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).
- Dilute the béchamel sauce with a little milk to make it smoother.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce in an ovenproof dish.
- Transfer cannelloni into the dish, leaving some space between each one.
- Cover with the remaining béchamel sauce.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Grana Padano on top.
- Optional: Add a small piece of butter on each cannelloni.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- For a golden crust, switch to 230°C grill mode for the last 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
